The project consisted of an internal refurbishment of 6 flats a Irving Street. These works consisted of, but were not limited to:

 

• Strip out of existing flats including kitchens, bathrooms and finishes.

• Refurbishment of the Common Parts including store cupboards and staircases

• Installation of new Kitchens and Bathrooms to all flats, including new appliances and sanitaryware

• Modifications and upgrades to Electrical and Mechanical installation throughout the building

• Removal of asbestos insulating board from stair panels

• Decoration and internal repairs throughout each flat and Common Parts

• Repairs and upgrades to Fire Alarm systems, including upgrades to fire compartmentation.

• Other localised repairs
