Phase 1 usually includes a site visit and appraisal with the tenant or landlord responsible for the refurbishment and fit out.
Phase 2 involves the designs and plans being drawn up, approved and to commence with creating a fully refurbished office space for the next tenant.

Category A & B Office Refurbishment
An Office A Refurbishment is when the landlord or tenant needs to take the space back to a blank canvas. A category A fit out could include electrics, fire protection, alarm systems, flooring, suspended ceilings.
An Office B Refurbishment is any of the clients’ specific requirements, such as floor finishes, wall finishes, office partitions, meeting rooms, IT, lighting, furniture and signage.
