Refurbishment & Regulatory Enhancement Works for the Methodist Church House in London

This project was carried out in phases. These consisted of initial regulatory and enhancement works such as redecorations, refurbishment of meeting rooms, renewal and enhancement of fire doors and fire stopping. The value of this phase for £100K.

The next phase consisted of refurbishment of w/c's on 7 floors, installation of an external steel staircase and upgrade of building services.

  • External fire escape staircase

  • Fire regulatory works including renewal and enchancement of fire doors and fire stopping
