This project consisted of transforming a CAT A space to a functional office space. The works included demolition, ceiling alterations, acoustic barriers and redecorations.

The project consisted of a refurbishment to a warehouse in Dartford.

The unit was a shell fit out with capped landlords’ services and the works involved completing a fit out of the unit to form a male, female and accessible WC and a bike store.

To create a collaborative, informal meeting space that allows staff to be able to work and relax in a comfortable space.

Cat A fit out of 2 floors and WC facilities. Including new lift surrounds, raised access flooring, refurbishment of existing windows, new fan coils units, lighting scheme and ceilings.
